raytest flow cells for RAMONA Star designed for liquid scintillation flow monitoring are made of stainless steel holder, teflontubing and PFTE seals. Virtually all volumes between 5 µl and 1000µl can be made to the customers requirement without extra charge.

After insertion the individual cell information is automatically read from a built in microchip including :
  • cell number and volume
  • efficiency using 50 % Monofluor mixed to eluate of 25% isopropanol and 25% H2O
  • tested pressure resistance

Solid flow cell

Smaller solid scintillator particle enable : Smaller solid scintillator particles increase back pressure of flow cell. Please check pressure resistance of detectors upstream. Solid scintillator flow cells avoid an expensive liquid scintillator consumption, a high volume radioactive liquid waste and a reduction of waste disposal cost.
