Mini-Derenzo phantom image, obtained with the ClearPET in the following conditions: Diameter of the holes from 1 to 2mm Phantom filled with 18F. Activity in the phantom: 340 µCi DAQ duration 30 min.

a) [18F]DOPA is a radiotracer of dopamine metabolism .

Ex vivo [18F]DOPA study on a rat. Activity injected ∼ 1 mCi. Rat brain was extracted and scanned for a duration of 45min. Striatum and cerebellum can be appreciated in the ex vivo brain images.

c) [18F]NaF is a bone radiotracer

In vivo [18F]NaFc study on a mouse. Activity Injected: 850 µCi. DAQ 50 min after injection.. We can see the radiotracer uptake in the thoracic box of the animal and the tail vertebrae as well as in the sternum.
