Amnis ImageStream-X - The Next Generation of Cell Analysis

A Wealth of Applications
The applications illustrated below demonstrate the types of studies that can be performed using the ImageStream-X and its powerful companion IDEAS image analysis software.
With the ImageStream-X you can:
- Image cells directly in suspension with the resolution of a 60X microscope and the fluorescence sensitivity of the best flow cytometers.
- Perform phenotypic and functional studies at the same time using up to 12 image channels (brightfield, darkfield, fluorescence colors) per cell simultaneously
- Analyze highly heterogeneous samples and rare cell sub-populations at speeds exceeding 1000 cells per second
- Quantitate and statistically analyze virtually anything you can see using IDEAS software package's numerous pre-defined fluorescence and morphologic parameters.
