An improved design approach to both hardware and interface make imaging
of samples, even faint-light samples, a simple process. One-touch selection
of imaging modality and auto detection with auto focus simplify the exposure
process and increase the sample throughput of the LAS-1000plus system.
The result: easy to capture, high-resolution images of membrane, gel or
film samples up to 25x25 cm in size that are easy to analyze. The LAS-1000plus
permits the use of a variety of reagents including: CDP-Star®, ECL™,
ECLplus™ for chemiluminescence, EtBr, SYBR® Green I & II
,SYPRO® Ruby for fluorescence, and AttoPhos™ and ECLplus™
for chemifluorescence, so you can use the most appropriate method for
preparing and imaging your samples including documentation of autoradiographic
film.

Features previously unavailable with this level of image quality
and ease of use are: |
| |
|
|
| |
- intelligent Dark Box II, an auto-sensing enclosure that automatically
focuses the camera
- one-touch filter selection, with an option setting for use of custom
filters
- captured images are promptly displayed while using the automatic
range scope
- faint-light images are captured without a darkroom or special room
lighting
- documentation of gels, membranes, autoradiographic films, etc.
